Bio

Taylor is a Registered Dietician, Wellness Advisor at The Lanby, and certified Pilates Instructor. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Taylor is also a certified Specialist in Prenatal Nutrition (SPN) through the Institute for Prenatal Nutrition Mentorship Program. 

Her approach

Taylor’s practice is rooted in the belief that fertility is a reflection of whole-body health, not just reproductive function. As a certified Specialist in Prenatal Nutrition (SPN), she emphasizes evidence-based, real food nutrition strategies that support both maternal and fetal well-being. With a deep understanding of the complex interactions between metabolic health, hormonal balance, and nutrient optimization, Taylor prioritizes an individualized approach to care.
